Rooms peoplecome back to.
Community builders first, everything else second. The first culture we set was in a classroom in Pune. This is the next one.
First, we set a culture.
2024 to 2026
- Every Monday, a real problem
- Real companies, real work
- A culture the next batch kept
Three years on. New committee, same culture.
Before any of us had a title, we were the people who booked the room. Evolve started in 2024 at Gokhale Institute, Pune, with five students who wanted somewhere to think out loud about real problems. No faculty, no sponsor, no permission. Just a classroom and a Monday.
We learned the thing about communities early: nobody joins for the content, they join for the people. So we picked carefully, showed up every week even when four people came, and made sure the newest person in the room got to speak. Slowly, the room filled.
Then the room started doing real work. Companies brought problems and paid for the answers. Students who had never sat across from a client did fieldwork in Pune, shipped deliverables that got used, and wrote the casebook that the next batch now learns from.
The real test came when we graduated. We handed it to the next committee and stepped back. The Mondays, the standards, the way a new member gets a seat at the table: all of it carried on without needing us. That is what we mean by culture. Not a club. A way of doing things that people keep.

CRCKD is the next room.
December 2025 onwards
Aarya and Dhruv started it out of that classroom. Divyaansh and Tanish were the first two calls they made. Four of us with the same habit: find good people, put them around a table, point them at a real problem. CRCKD is that habit with a name. The founders we work with are not clients so much as the people in the room this year.
One problem, one number on it, done when the number moves. Growth, capital, ops. Eight of those so far, one live. The rest of this site is the receipts. But the bit we care about is the same as it was in Pune: who is around the table, and whether they come back.
Next we are taking the table on the road. One evening, one long table, twelve people with a problem each. Singapore and Astana first, around March 2027. Details on the events page when they are real.
Who is at the table. Do they come back.
Want a seat at the table?
Founders, operators, students, the curious. Tell us the problem, not your title.
