Four people in our early twenties. We take one problem with a number on it, go inside your company, and mess with it until the number moves. Growth, capital, ops. Whatever it is.

Right now we’re building a VC.
Not ours. Darwin’s. But still.
Darwin Dynamics is a policy and advisory firm that DPIIT has just made a Startup India partner. The mandate that comes with it: connect founders in tier-2, tier-3 and rural India with capital. A mandate like that needs a venture arm. Darwin didn’t have one. So they called us.
We’re building it from the ground up. The investment thesis. The deal pipeline. One scorecard that every startup gets measured on, so nobody gets in on a handshake. And the operating rhythm a first fund needs before it writes its first cheque. The job is done when it runs on its own.
25
startups we’re picking to take to Davos. One scorecard, no favours, list still open. Founders and delegation questions go to Parikshit.
Stuff we actually did.
Every number here is real. We checked twice.
$40Kof pipeline in six months. Past $100K ARR now.
An AI front desk for small businesses. It was selling like crazy to real estate agents and hotels and nobody knew why. We asked the customers. Turns out they knew. Built the inbound machine around what they said.
Buying signals for B2B sales, scraped off Reddit, LinkedIn, X and GitHub. We got in before the product existed and argued about who it was for until we agreed: founders who do their own selling.
50%less turnaround time. The CRM still runs their day.
Supplements sold through 50+ dermatologists. Two people, way too many calls. So we built them a CRM with a voice agent that makes the calls, books the meetings and sends the reminders. The humans only show up for the good conversations.
Food ingredients for Marico and Keya Foods. Purchase orders ran on people and spreadsheets, 2.5 hours a day of it. We rebuilt the whole thing on n8n. 24 nodes, 5 APIs, no spreadsheet in the loop.
Eight mandates. One ledger.
A mandate is one problem, one number, done when the number moves. Filter if you like.

The first culture we set was in a classroom in Pune. 400+ members, paid work for real companies, and a next committee that kept it going. CRCKD is the next room.
