What CRCKD is

CRCKD is an experiment lab run by four people in their early twenties in India. It was founded by Aarya Gandre and Dhruv Kumar; Divyaansh Chhipa and Tanish Vhora are the other two pitchers. It takes on one problem at a time for an early-stage company, a problem with a number on it, and works inside the company until that number moves. Each piece of work is called a mandate. Eight mandates so far, one live.

What CRCKD does

• Growth: go-to-market, positioning, inbound and outbound engines, launches.
• Capital: fundraising rounds, valuation for sale, building a venture arm from scratch.
• Ops: automation, CRMs with voice agents, order and purchase-order flows.

What CRCKD is not

Not an agency. No retainers, no decks, no discovery calls. Not a VC, though it is currently building one for a client.

Live mandate

Darwin Dynamics is a policy and advisory firm that DPIIT has made a Startup India partner, with a mandate to connect founders in tier-2, tier-3 and rural India with capital. CRCKD is building Darwin’s venture arm: the investment thesis, the deal pipeline, one scorecard for every startup, and the operating rhythm of a first fund. CRCKD is also picking 25 startups to take to Davos.

• Hyperleap.ai (growth): $40K pipeline in six months, past $100K ARR now.
• CommunityTracker.ai (growth): $2,000 MRR in month one, 400+ teams since.
• The PrimaryRx (ops): voice-agent CRM, turnaround time halved.
• Nutriti Ingredients (ops): purchase orders rebuilt on n8n, 2.5 hours a day became 15 minutes.
• Redacto.ai (growth): new segment, new story, new pipeline.

Before CRCKD

Aarya and Dhruv co-founded Evolve, the GIPE consulting cell at Gokhale Institute, Pune, a student-run community, in 2024. 400+ members, 25+ consultants, paid projects for real companies. They handed it to the next committee on graduating and the culture carried on. Full story at /story.
